Well I was a little concerned because I drove by the location several times....there's a sign leaning against the pole at that address but you have to drive in and back a ways. But all was good. Don was friendly and convinced me that my seats also needed attention. Just a little blood on that one Don and don't look too close at the grease from the food. It was ALL GONE so if your seats are a mess, the extra is definitely worth it. Very congenial manner and helpful. Boy it even smelled good! I accidentally bought two interior detailing events so I'm going back in late June and have him do it all over again....I'm sure it won't take that much time to make a mess!!! I had a great experience with them. My car is 12 years old, I’m an art teacher and a dog mom. I couldn’t be more happy with the level of clean they were able to get my car. If you don’t have someone to pick you up, the Maple Heights library is about a half mile away and an easy walk. I was able to get work done while they worked on my car which was very convenient.
TERRIBLE!!! They are just stealing money! This is how my car way returned to me after giving them $90. If Groupon doesn’t make this right I’m definitely taking this company to small claims court.
Absolutely horrible. They left my Matt's wet and dirty. They did not shampoo my carpet. When I call back they said to call back later when I call back again to speak with him the phone went straight to voicemail and the voice mailbox was full. Never use them again.
Friendly and easy to schedule with one phone call and our cars were cleaned really well a few days later.
A bit pricey because the upholstery was an extra $60 per car and we tipped on top of both the “interior” Groupon and extra charge, but we had stains that we were excited to get rid of and they got them out great!
Both cars ended up sparkling and smelling great.

Drop off my older van off in the morning paid extra for the seats witch glad i did. Came back in the afternoon to pick it up and was hard to believe it was the same van.Feels like my conversion van has a new life. Will be bring my Ford Flex in next time t be cleaned.THANKS for the fantastic job you did..

Awesome job!!... my small suv has never smelled or looked better!!!...
I have completely satisfied with the detail finish on my 2016 Chevy. The worker was very timely. the car looks like the way I first took it off the lot. I would highly recommend SMG to friends and relatives. As a detail finisher in my younger years I know quality work and this is excellent. Keep on doing what you are doing.
I took in my small SUV the Groupon was the same price for small SUV or car
They insisted that I pay an extra $20 because I had an SUV
The service was poor and the neighborhood wasn’t safe I couldn’t leave my car for drop off I didn’t feel comfortable or safe
I will never go again
