The people were nice, but I had to wait 20 minutes after arriving on time. I think the person left the chemicals on my lashes longer than they should have...I'm still smelling the "perm" smell and that has never happened previously. Also, the lift I got is not that different from my natural lashes (and usually I see a bigger difference). Don't buy more than 1, they won't let you use it.

My experience with this salon was just Okay. The salon itself is clean but the staff there is not so friendly and inviting. The atmosphere is very dry and cold while the staff just stares at you weirdly not even asking if you need help. Very weird atmosphere. The beauty service I got was okay it came out fine as expected no complaints there. But the comfort and professionalism is a big NO for me.

I used this in 2022 & had a great experience. Last year I went again & paid out of pocket. I ended up getting a sty after, but wasn’t too upset as it went away quickly. I bought the groupon this week since I was within the fine print rules. I called to make an appointment & she said I couldn’t use the Groupon. I was nice & mentioned the fine print. She said I don’t care what Groupon says! & click!
