Wasn't useful at all ! More business involved than art ! The session was a demo of what other student and the instructor do rather than teaching techniques !!

For anyone that is expecting to come out with a painting forget it. The artist is a fabulous artist. He is a lousy teacher. For someone that has experience in watercolour painting or acrylics you will be totally disappointed. He will make you do something over and over for 90 minutes.

Overall it was a great intro for Chinese painting. At first I thought that it was an experience where you leave with a finished product at the end of the 2 classes, but it turns out that you just learn the basics. Definitely something to try out for experience, but without at least 12 classes, you won't get much out of it. Also you pay additional $15 for taxes and materials.
