It's pretty small, best for under age 3. Many parts missing to the toys , Batteries dead or toys broken. Kitchen set up has no plates, utensils, pots, or plastic food. Disappointing. Reasonably clean.

Worth it only with groupon and if nothing else to do. Kinda dirty. Not worth full price as other places same price and better. Half of toys in play room needed batteries or were broken.
