I purchased a Groupon for a Keratin hair treatment for both my daughter and myself. I have had Keratin treatments several times over the past 4 years and was thrilled with the results. The stylist seemed to follow all the recommended instructions, but I understand this was a different product called "Cezanne" keratin. I was told this product was formaldehyde free, but would produce the same or better results! I had this treatment on Friday 3/28. I waited 3 days to wash and blow dry my hair on Monday 3/31. At that point, my hair was totally back to normal!! There was no sign that anything was done to it. My daughter had the exact same experience. I guess we are out $278 (2 x $139).
