The woman who set up the appointment was borderline rude. Literally they contacted me THREE times to confirm and reminded me that there would be a no-show charge. It was as if they didn't trust me to show up for the appointment. Very off-putting.
That being said, the esthetician was good and the facial itself was relaxing and my skin looked great afterwards.
Not sure I will return given the kind of nasty customer service person.

First appointment for skin tightening was much better. Second time she didn’t cover the entire area very well and it was much shorter! Felt a little cheated
