Sahei Yamini, owner, was very gracious. From the beginning she made me feel comfortable. I purchased the 2 treatment IPL. I just had the second treatment and I can say unreservedly that it works. She also instructed me in after-care. The treatment was quite painless compared to some of the other IPL treatments I tried. She uses top-grade products and offers a wide-variety of skin treatments. I would recommend her.
