I paid for 6 sessions of laser hair removal, but only got 4 (and hadn’t started seeing results yet). They moved from Medford to Deptford attached to Hello Gorgeous, and I guess they had trouble with their new location. I received a text message that they had to cancel my next appointment. When I called, someone at Hello Gorgeous told me Dr. DePrince was no longer located there. Ridiculous.

This was a scam. After receiving 2 treatments (8 minutes each, done by a tech) the company disappeared. No answer to multiple calls. No response to multiple voicemails. After reading reviews, I learned this wasn’t the first occurrence. I contacted the better business bureau and Groupon. I want a full refund!

SWINDLERS AND THIEVES!!! After 2 treatments, I showed up for my third, today, and THEY WEREN'T THERE. Like, not "they are running late"... like, their OFFICE wasn't there anymore. I've had this appt for six weeks. I woke up early and drove 20 minutes to the Hello Gorgeous they were in, only to find out that Dr. DePrince Cosmedical 1) fired all of their staff, 2) left Hello Gorgeous with an outstanding balance on bad terms, and 3) HAD all of their patient's information to contact them and let them know not to show up and give them a refund.. BUT DIDN'T.
