Debbie Greenhouse, the owner of The Himalayan Cave, discovered the benefits of salt therapy through her own experience fighting asthma. Where other traditional remedies failed, salt therapy helped, which greatly improved her lifestyle. So she decided to open her own salt cave in her hometown to help others benefit from the natural antimicrobial and antibacterial properties of salt. During 45-minute salt cave sessions, her clients relax in a quiet room lined with Himalayan salt; breathing in the tiny particles of salt can help with conditions such as bronchitis, Lyme disease, headaches, and insomnia.

It was fine. I’ve been to another float that I enjoyed more. The float itself is a float. Can’t go wrong. I didn’t appreciate the atmosphere and how the front desk interacted with the woman who cleaned the rooms. I also didn’t enjoy the pushy feel about 5 mins to shower, 5 mins to dry, etc. That changed the relation feel. The float though was great.
