I thought the service was OK, but not overly friendly. I was greeted when I came in but no one acknowledged me after the waiter left my check. I left after I signed my receipt, felt like nobody really cared! PS...I had a Guinness stout. the beer was ice cold! It's usually served much closer to room-temperature.

I've been to Pinnacle about 4 or 5 times now. Staff has always been nice and the food is good. Bathrooms and eating area have always been clean and presentable. Nice, relaxed atmosphere.

The Pinnacle offers comfortable seating with both booths & tables; some booths are equipped with a personal TV for viewing sport programs. The restaurant is cheerful, relaxing & VERY CLEAN. We enjoyed the choice of background music (unlike the awful noise that blares in many restaurants these days). The food was very good, with a nice variety of menu offerings. Service was efficient & friendly (just right; not too much & not too little). We will return!

From Our Editors

When you walk into Pinnacle Sports Grill, there’s a good chance your eyes will jump right to the giant video cube looming above a central brick-island bar. It’s a standout in this flat-screen-filled temple of football, baseball, and basketball, a statement that sports should be taken just as seriously as food. Like the athletes onscreen, the gastropub’s menu covers a lot of ground—pork tenderloin sandwiches, brick-oven pizzas, guacamole-bacon burgers, ale-battered fish ‘n’ chips, Kobe meatloaf, and New York–style cheesecake. If you’re brave enough to try Wild Bill’s hot wings—the hottest available—be sure to have one of Pinnacle’s many craft beers or cocktails within easy reach. As guests make pilgrimages to Pinnacle, they rack up points on the restaurant's MVP frequent-diner card, with every dollar spent on food and drink getting them closer to free meals and a chance to learn the secret Pinnacle Sports Grill handshake.
