CrossFit Shokunin is a new gym in Mesa, AZ. We focus primarily on CrossFit and Obstacle Course Race Training. We are open from 5 am - 9 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am - 12 pm on Saturdays. 50% discount for all Fire, Police, Military (active or retired), and 1st Responders. Come be a part of new growing community in Mesa. We are on the NE Corner of Lindsay and Main!

Great gym and great coaches. We were made to feel welcome right away and there are lots of extra activities to participate in. Since we were beginners we were given modified workouts so that we wouldn't be hurting the next day. Definitely recommend this gym
