I would like to see more variety and lower prices on entrees or a choice of another side added for the price.

I did feel like one of the table staff should have been dressed more appropriate for a bistro. He looked like he was going to a concert at the Nile.

we had went during the week and it was not busy at all, we were there early around 5pm. we had ordered the filet mignon for 4 of us and they only had 3. also they had fresh Alaskan salmon as a special, but did not know what kind of salmon it was. we being from Alaska know that it does make a difference. so i guess they need to be more informed on what they are serving, we did not order the salmon for that reason.

The lasagne was great but totally burned to char on top, and our server said that's how it's served. WHY???

From Our Editors

De La Cruz Bistro’s owner and executive chef, Brian Banasek, crafts contemporary American entrees with French and Italian influences punctuated by an international wine list and original martini list. A sandwich menu anchors lunch at the bistro, and a variety of pastas work in tandem with lamb and steak dishes to tether dinner so it doesn't float into breakfast. In a dining room supported by weathered pillars, exposed brick peaks through white and blue walls accented by ornate metal décor and white curtains that cascade from the ceiling.
