Each session is a unique integration using Hypnotherapy along with Holistic Life Coaching & Aromatherapy. In addition to this we work together to create a customized plan of action to help ensure your long-term success following your session(s). Also included with each is a follow-up call/email!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I have always felt called to be of service to others & make a positive difference in the world - but after experiencing some health issues, I decided to follow my passion to become a Holistic Life Coach & Practitioner.

What do you love most about your job? Being able to assist and empower others to heal, make positive life changes, and live their best life, is the most meaningful work I can imagine - seeing people step into that freedom - whether it be physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually - is something I feel deeply honored to be able to focus my practice on.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I struggle a great deal from anxiety and panic disorder from PTSD. Jill's sessions have helped me tremendously. She really focuses on the individual patient and shows she cares. I have never felt more comfortable in a healing setting. I highly recommended her! Her oils are life changing as well!!!!
