We ran the gauntlet of places along South beach Road before finally giving in to the invites of Primetime. Specials board showed Paella, which we took on, and weren't disappointed. A great dish of assorted mussels, clams, calamari, crab, lobster, prawns, chicken and chorizo within in the tasty rice. Noisy atmosphere as expected on the beach road, but great viewing, and happy table neighbours. Suggest getting a table a little away from the spruiker or you get sick of hearing the same lines over and over that sucked you in in the first place.

Love prime time. Visit every time I'm in Miami. Clean and good food. The shrimp pasta is delicious. Going next month and looking forward to eating there again.

after just arriving in Miami, we needed to eat quickly after a long drive. We walked by and the staff member told me of their dishes and that it was buy one get one free and half price for the baby. We sat and ordered three mains and a child's meal. A fish dish and two pasta dishes. I felt mine was under seasoned, but could not say it was inedible. We had two soft drinks, one for my toddler and a diet coke. The bill arrived and everything was full price including $14 service charge. I queried it and I was told I was wrong and they do. It do that promotion. I reiterated what I was told, he said he would get the lady I spoke to. She came to the table and told me I was wrong (her English was broken) I had mis heard her. I told her that I was not wrong and did. It mis hear what she said and told her word for word what she had stated. She said that she was referring to the drinks. I informed her of two things. A. We did not discuss drinks and B. I only ordered one drink, therefore why would I choose that restaurant when I don't drink and I would there fore not be enticed by that offer. The manager then came out and informed again that I was wrong. At this point my heels were dug in firmly and I was not about to be to,d by another person 'I misheard or was wrong' I think they noticed this and decided to give us 25% discount off the entire bill and give us the child's meal free, which worked out cheaper than the buy one get one free. I left with a very bitter taste in. My mouth at their lack of understanding or customer service. I am not in the habit of making things up so that I dint have to pay for my meal. Following this the server was very rude.. Need, was to say there was no tip..

Stopped by for breakfast hoping to find a reasonably priced meal that filled. The menu is varied enough, with some variety, and the service was pretty good. The eggs benedict was a bit of a let-down: the English muffin was burned and the hollandaise sauce was watery and not very tasty. My partner's French Croissant (essentially a croissant with ham and cheese inside) as better, but neither stood out as great eating, and the bill for two was over $40. There are better buys in South Beach for brekkie, so I won't be going back.
