They never answer any calls and I have not been able to make an appointment in over 3 months. I’ve barely seen any results.

Appt availability is non existent. Just one day out of the week in between 9am-1pm or something like that. On my 5th appt , I show up and the office was closed. I did not receive a call to reschedule or cancel my appt . I had to call them to see what was going on. And now I’m on my 7th appt and couldn’t show up and talking about how I lost that appt and now they taking one from me.Unorganized

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY! To get them to answer the phone is stressful. I finally was able to get an appointment and was seen by Ramona which seemed great, I started noticing less hair growing. Not long after they change tech to a lady named Maribel Delgado. I had a laser treatment with her which this would be #6 out of #8 of my treatment and my hair is growing as if I never had laser. I didn't even feel the laser as I have always felt before. I attempted to write an email and the email bounced back, I then went to the website and the website no longer exist. What a waste of money!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. STAY AWAY
