Service was excellent. Our lemon chicken was delicious with asparagus, mashed potatoes and mushrooms. Great deal for half price bottles of wine on Wednesday. It was our first time and we will come again. We plan to try their happy hours with rediced price appetizer

Went on Sunday the restaurant was practically empty and had to wait 15min for hosts to come to the front to start seating families that were waiting. Ordered my children’s food first so that it comes out first while I was checking the menu. When I finally ordered my food, they brought out my food first and still had to wait another 10min for the kids. It doesn’t make sense! Horrible wait time

We have ben to Cadillac Ranch before this occasion. In the past it was a great experience. This time was very different. It was my birthday and I was even wearing a "Birthday Person" button which the waitress looked at numerous times. She never mentioned it. We ordered our food. After a very long time we asked for our salad then. A long while later she comes out with the salad and I asked for the dressing which she then told me , we don't have the one I said I did. I sent the salad back as I didn't eat any of their options. All just oils plus something. I Margherita Flatbread was tasteless and overcooked. Very dry and brittle. I have never been to a restaurant that ignores one's Birthday. Not even a Happy Birthday. She was more interested in practicing bartender moves than serving us. My Birthday was ruined. The restaurant across from them closed. I think Cadillac Ranch will be next.
