H2O Dive Center—located in North Miami Beach—facilitates safe diving experiences with a staff of SSI–certified instructors, who oversee informative ocean-exploration courses and quality equipment rentals. During dips in the center's pool, professional scuba divers prep beginners for open-water dives, demonstrating properly using the equipment and techniques for luring sea turtles into pulling you ashore. Horrible customer service. Doesn't follow groupon rules. Tried to scam me for more money. Oswald at the front desk is dishonest. Groupon clearly states what equipment is needed and doesn't say materials are extra. You can compare H2O groupon to Squalo groupon and see where Squalo mentions book materials extra. That's why I choose h2o but then I drive all the way up to this frustration and they tried to pocket pinch me for more money!!! Unbelievable. They should have to follow guidelines like everyone else!! Then correct their groupon add next time
