Stylist washed my hair with cold water without warning me. Then she burned my scalp 4 times when blowing. She keeps apologizing and told me that her clients love to feel the heat when blowing. I don't blame her. The owner needs to educate their employees about customer service. Then, I felt like they did not like the fact I got Groupon because it was cheaper than their rates.

Hair dresser ran late 30 mins, not pleasant she didn't speak one word to me, did her job and thats all. Didn't even offer a style as groupon mentions. Would not be back for her at least.
