When Phil and Charlotte Peterson moved to Key West, Florida from Milwaukee in 1954, they brought a little slice of their old home with them. Phil had been an amateur motorcycle racer for a time, and through the hobby, he had come to know Walter C. Davidson himself. When Walter asked Phil to move to Florida and open a Harley-Davidson dealership, Phil couldn't resist. It's been 61 years, and they now have a full-service dealership. Peterson's Harley-Davidson doesn't just sell new and pre-owned Harleys; they also service Harleys and sell other products, such as MotorClothes and bike parts.

THE WORST!!! WE WERE ACTUALLY IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A NEW 2016 STREET GLIDE MY HUSBAND WENT DOUN THERE WITH THE GROUPON I PURCHASED FOR HIM AS A GIFT AND WAS TOLD HE COULDNT USE IT UNLESS I WAS THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD TO TAKE THE 50 MINUTE DRIVE JUST SO HE COULD USE IT THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABILITY TO FIGURE OUT HOW GROUPON WORKS (WE ALL KNOW ITS NOT THAT HARD) PERSUADED US TO GO TO A DIFFRENT DEALERSHIP WE LEFT WENT OBER TO CHESTERS HD AND BOUGHT OUR NEW BIKE AND HAD OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
