this vendor has limited English speaking ability. text messages worked best. However the language barrier lead to myself and 4 others stranded in south beach. I purchased this deal for 3 hours of limo service. It took an hour to reach our destination we ate appetizers and had drinks. We spent 30 minutes texting and calling for the remaining time to take us back to the starting point. the vendor never replied. I even attempted to reach the vendor for 2 days and never got a response. We ended up spending $85 dollars with Uber to get back home. Its been over 2 weeks the vendor has not returned a phone call or text with an explanation or response. The "car" barely sat the group of 5 comfortably and the driver arrived late which was communicated via text almost 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up time. This was not a limo service at all.
