In 2018, our visionary Founder, Liz Torres, wanted to break the mold of an already crowded and competitive industry in Miami. Wishing to cast aside traditional beauty business practices and embracing innovation, empowerment and inspiration at all times, Venezia Beauty Salon's brand and spirit remain intact. Liz and her own brand have grown more and more under her own direction, who continue to play the same professional role together with her team of experienced Professionals and Beauty Advisors. Training and empowerment are integral elements applied to the growth and development of Venezia Beauty Salon. We put our team in the center of our business and strive to create an environment that defends and rewards high performance. Since the opening of our first salon more than a decade ago, we want to offer quality service and innovation with the modern Trends in Hair, Manicure and Pedicure, Balayage, Highlights, Hair Surgery, Botox, Keratin, Vaporization, Microblading and Hair-to-hair lashes. As a minimum standard, each member of our strong team is trained in-house and we elevate skills through an educational and development program to create the salon professionals our industry demands.
