I didn't like it at all not professional: she kept talking on her cell phone during the appointment and I had to wait to get helped even thought I had an appointment. Not a good level of cleanliness: she seem to have a cold or some sort of allergy but did not clean her hands and did not wear a mouth cover, on top of that she kept breathing on my face and I couldn't move during the procedure so I was stock breathing her germs in. Low quality eyelashes: they are very thin very brittle and although I had them done recently two of them already fell. I wish I could get my money back!!!
