Rolling Mill Brewing Co, Middletown

Rolling Mill Brewing Company's founders Josh and Megan Laubach brew traditional beer through non-traditional means. After Josh was diagnosed with Celiac disease, he and Megan made it their mission to learn how to craft delicious, gluten-free beer. Today, the fruits of their labor can be seen (and tasted) in their old-style, industrial-like brewery, which specializes in a variety of European and American lagers and ales, and also features seasonal specials.
