What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
A small cafe with a unique flair and taste. Fresh baked buns. Herbs, and beer flavors infused in their meals. Trendy cafe located on Lake Street with an uptown vibe.

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
612 Pulled Pork sandwich. Homemade sausage with a drizzle of Summit beer BBQ sauce. Topped with Mozzarella and pickled peppers on a fresh baked bun.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Chef/Owner, Danica, wanted to bring a new taste to the area. She believes her fusion, fresh taste and healthy meal concious dishes would be a good addition to the neighborhood.

What do you love most about your job?
Creating meals! I have loved cooking since I was a little girl. Completed my culinary degree in 2003, Have had the pleasure of designing and cooking for fabulous people. Now, I am loving my brick and mortar space for 612 Cafe and Catering

Try their breakfast sandwiches. I got a sneak preview and the cheese spread is amazing!!!
