Very professional staff and office. Friendly atmosphere, great location in Downtown Minneapolis - connected to the skyway and easy to find. They were great about calling me back after I left a voicemail about getting an appointment and were flexible with scheduling me.

I very much liked the dentist and the hygenist was great, very gentle and thoughtful. The office was right at street level in DT Mpls and easy to just walk into their lovely waiting room.

I was disapointed because, when i arrived she stated after taking xrays that I needed a deep cleaning that was not going to be done because it was a groupon. and she said, there wasnt time to do anything but the surface cleaning-(they set the time allotment for this appointment) .she didnt do the entire package included because of time .she did indeed clean the surface but said I need more x rays and couldnt complete the other elements stated on the coupon such polishing, flouride,gum check,etc because there was no time. So if they have not time to do a completed job I have no time to go back.
