They offered Groupon customers a discount to continue with a monthly parking contract. Except when you try to accept that offer then they claim there aren't any more available. They have plenty of space available at the FULL price, but are "out" of the discounts. They sent me both an email offer and a letter by post making that offer but refuse to honor it. There is no mention of any limitations on the offer, only the time limit which I met so I don't understand how they can get away with this.
No. I think it is an awesome deal.
First three days of using the one month pass for Hyatt Loring ramp, entering around 9:15 am , there were no spaces available, fortunately my compact aisle fit at the end of an aisle. The ramp is easier to exit than more congested ones at 11th and Marquette after evening events. I wonder if there is anyway techically for Mpls parking to know when they have sold more parking spaces than they have.
Need to offer more groupons!!
Very Helpful! I Have Had To Use The Help Button And They Have Been Wonderful!
Extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. The parking facility meets my parking needs for work and other downtown activities.
I park in Block E once a week and am very happy with the parking facility.
The Groupon Deal itself was a great deal! But the normal pricing for the lot is way to pricey for me.
