The chefs at Daisaky Sushi & Grill forge fresh fish, Japanese rice, and colourful sauces to craft an extensive menu of artfully plated Asian fare. Thin slices of sushi and sashimi ordered à la carte populate platters with yellowtail, freshwater eel, and pacific salmon. Arranged on the plate to resemble a terrifying dragon made of fish and rice, red dragon rolls curve around deep-fried shrimp, avocado, tobiko, and cucumber. Hot main dishes include salmon teriyaki, vegetable tempura, and other Japanese classics as well as bulgogi and other Korean barbecue fare.
