I went there for the signature mani-pedi. I requested a gel manicure and the technician did a horrible job. I finally requested for her to simply take it off and give me regular polish. I was told it was because my nails still had oil from the manicure but I felt it was her job to make sure all oil was removed before polishing. Everywhere else Ive been they spray the nails with alcohol before applying gel. In any case,all the gel was not able to be removed and my nails look like I painted them myself. The owner was nice but I do not feel she tried to make it right. I am not looking for anything free but at the very least I could have been offered a future service at a discount.
