Contacted this person multiple times over several months and never received a call back. Groupon was redeemed by the vendor within days of purchase, marked used and non-refundable. Stole my money, never responded to any voicemail. I did not pursue the issue through Groupon which is my bad, but I will never be using the service again. This was my first and only time with this app.

Hi Scott I’m so sorry. I have no knowledge of a call from you specifically and definitely did not redeem your Groupon myself. That is something that is handled in person during session. If Groupon has given you any grief regarding a refund I’d love to still get you in at your earliest convenience

I was impressed. I have a Neuro stimulator implanted and many people are afraid to touch my back. However, he was knowledgeable and did a great job. It was not just a massage but he also put me back in place. I recommend.
