Portrait Innovations, Monroeville

I called the day of my appointment to double check they were running on time...it's hard with a 2 year old to wait and get a good sitting and pictures, asked that they call if they fell behind, so I could come later or reschedule. They didn't so we showed up at our scheduled time and were made to wait for over and hour...just as I was about to leave they took us back. My 2 year old was crazy at this point...so I was hoping the girl would help me to get her excited about the photo shoot....she did the exact oppisite! She was short with my daughter who couldn't sit still for her....rather than try to get her giggleing or something she just barked at her everytime she didn't do what she asked of her....I was very disappointed in this visit. I've been there a lot of times before and never had an expierence with them like this time. I'm considering other places in the future for pictures.

They take a lot of pictures and do a good job. It's very nice that you get your pictures the same day. Ours were done in 20 min.
