This session was amazing. I was looking forward to just a massage but I ended up being a student as well, learning about the body. Dr. Taft is incredible at her craft and her depth of knowledge put me at ease for that time and the future. I'm listening to her instruction and looking forward to yoga to support the progress we'll make and a lifetime of quality care for my body. FULL RECOMMENDATION!
