Never received massage. She rebooked me twice. I don’t live in town. She said she would contact Groupon letting them know and never did so it says I have redeemed the Groupon and haven’t. Now I’m out the money.

After searching email history, it shows I used this which I didn’t. Another person also wrote same comment. If I wasn’t redeemed it shouldn’t say it was used!

Waited 25 minutes at her door. Texted and called- and her phone was off. Hours later, she texted me that she closed early due to blizzard warning. Would have loved a text or call that morning before wasting my time! Very interesting that all the other shops in her building were open and busy. Communication very poor!
