I had a great experience. It was my first time getting botox and valerie was very informative.

While other people came and went I sat uncomfortabley waiting for over 30 min.. During the wait I watched a dog hump an old lady’s leg for 10 minutes. The dog humped so long that it peed on the lady and all over the floor. I’m hoping that I will be happier with the Botox that she injected in my face then the waiting room experience.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The ambiance and overall 'energy' (for lack of a better word) at Coast to Coach could not be more warm and welcoming. They make you feel right at home immediately on arrival. The receptionist was kind and helpful. And my experience with Dr. Bauder was perfection. He listened closely to my preferences, answered my questions clearly and comprehensively, and shared additional information re: newer / safer / more effective treatment approaches that might be better suited for my sensitive skin. The treatment was meticulous and painless. I occasionally bruise following treatments - but this time I had none (which is a rarity - perhaps even a first). I'm newer to this area and how I'm grateful to have found someone with his level of expertise and experience. He's wonderful. When I'm in town, there's nowhere else I plan to visit. Thank you, Coast to Coast, for taking such good care of me.
