The food was good but we were rushed a little but it was getting crowded. I hadn't finished my wine and they were bagging up leftovers in the hopes we'd free up the table.

the food wasn't great. it was fair at best. my wife actually thought it was worse. the filet was a poor quality and cooked to be dry and tasteless. we know we had a groupon. you and your business signed up for it. don't treat customers begrudgingly because of it. the server at the end circled the price after tax and told me to tip based on this. the service was mixed sometimes ok from our main server, sometimes hard to find someone,

We generally eat sushi 1-2 times a week and we know good sushi. The food here was awful--the sushi was not fresh and the pieces were tiny. While the waitress was lovely, she was bound by the policies of a rigid and unaccommodating management who required an up-charge to substitute salmon for tuna. Salmon prices are equal to or less than tuna. I cannot eat tuna and this problem has only happened once before. They finally agreed to substitute one piece without an additional charge. This is just bad business.

From Our Editors

Described as "part restaurant, part amusement park" by [The New York Times_] Okinawa's dining room is filled with the exhilarating eruptions of flame and steam at its hibachi tables. Featuring both a sushi bar and hibachi grilles, the restaurant's extensive menu lists an impressive assortment dishes from each, including more than 40 types of sushi rolls, a host of classic teriyaki entrees, and 30 hibachi dinners prepared before wide-eyed diners' and their jealous personal chefs.
