The environment and massage session experience were great!

The massage is the BEST! However trying to use the Groupon is Difficult. Art Massage gave me a hard time every time I went to use it! I traded in the last Groupon rather than trying to use it! But the Massage was worth the fight!

Not my best experience with my massage service

I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual Elements in Vienna. I saw the Art Massage deal and figured it’s near my house so let’s give it a try. It was all downhill after that. My appointment was for 7:30 pm on the 24th. They called to confirm on the 23rd and insisted my appointment was for 8:30. I wrote it down in 3 different places – 7:30. They changed it to 7:30 on the 25th. I arrived at 7:15 – good thing! A guy walked in a few minutes later – they double-booked us. Then, the lady tried to get me to wait until 8:00, the guy left, she called someone and kept asking “are you on your way?” The whole thing is too long to write. We finally started around 7:45. She never asked what to work on, pressure (after 2 LOUD ouches!), she let up a bit. The tables aren’t heated, and I was cold from the AC. At least, she gave a decent massage. I’m NEVER going back. The whole experience was really aggravating – the opposite of why you’re there. It was such a lousy experience that, as I dressed, I thought about just walking out with ZERO tip. My conscience got the better of me, and I left $10. One important plus – after asking at least 6x, I finally found out that everyone is vaccinated.
