Overall it was an excellent experience. The movers were very professional and efficient. The only complaint I had was that their boots were dirty but it was already said in the contract. So make sure cover your carpet well. Besides, I wish I purchased more hours than less....it took longer than I thought so I had to pay the regular rate for the extra hour. Overall, great deal!

The movers were loud. They claimed they couldn't take my washer so it's still at the old place. They took an hour and 15 minutes to get to the new place when it was only 30 minutes away. Then I was charged $50 more dollars for mileage. I would never spend $300 on moving so few things. Hopefully I won't move again but if I do I will DEFINITELY not use this company or recommend them

The overall experience started when I called and spoke to Britney in the office. She is a true professional! I knew that it was going to be a good experience. The guys were a few minutes late but made up the time by being very quick in their packing. The completed the job in right under 3 hours (which is what I paid for) and that included disassembly and assembly of furniture and washer and dryer. I would definitely choose them again for my next move!

My last move was an absolute NIGHTMARE, but hiring Pitts N Packers was one of the best decisions I ever made! The guys were so polite, professional and fast. They did not hit 1 item against the wall and finished almost an hour early. They then helped my situate every piece before they left. I'm so thankful that I found this company.

Movers were very professional, arrived on time and were ready to work. They worked in an efficient manner and completed the work before scheduled time. All items arrived in the same condition that they were picked up in. I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend their service. Please leave good tips because these guys deserve it.
