We were not able to make any of the clinics😢 Is there a way that you came help us? We were only able to play one round of golf. Is there any way the deal could be extended?

The pros were excellent, very encouraging. Accommodated my handicap well. Went out of their way to give me a really positive experience.

Extremely deceitful to say the least. They worded it to sound like lessons (private) were included but if you wanted to participate in a clinic, you could substitute. Nothing could be further from the truth. The number of private lessons that you actually get=0. I never, ever would have thought twice about making this purchase had I known that it was only good for rounds and clinics.

I was treated with a lack of respect from the second I walked up and mentioned that I had a groupon for this package. I had bought these lessons for my fiancé as I thought this would be the perfect way to introduce her to the game I love. I couldn’t wait to take lessons with her. We drove to the course to meet those at the pro shop so she would feel comfortable, to pick up the free club, and to ask questions on how to set everything up. Before I could even introduce myself I was getting scolded for not following directions on how to sign up for the groupon and that I can’t just walk up here without scheduling a tee time or lesson first. They were also very upset that I did not print out the voucher. It seemed extremely strange that the barcode from the app would not work. I have never had an issue with that anywhere else. I had to calm them down so they would listen to what I was trying to say. Once I finally explained that we were only there to pick up the club and walk through how to set up the account they told us to come back once we had a printed copy of the voucher. My fiancé instantly wanted to leave and never come back. It was no way to treat a customer and definitely not a way to treat someone who was already nervous about starting something new. It is hard enough for someone to express interest and pick up Golf without them having to overcome extremely poor service. I was able to convince her to stay and after some more convincing I was able to finally get someone who worked there to let us print off the voucher from one of their computers. Once I had the voucher they gave me the club and offered little insight into the next steps on heading over to the website to set up a time. After creating an account on the site they gave us, we continued to have more problems. We were able to log in but were never able to schedule a lesson. Since we were having difficulties with the site I called up Charles T. Myers Golf Club again to try and get more help. I then found out this groupon was put on by a third party PGA golf pro that seemed to have very limited involvement with the actual course. Every time I called Charles T. Myers to ask anything at all about the groupon they acted completely removed from it. It was like I was a second class customer that they did not want anything to do with. I was able to finally pull a phone number for the golf pro out of them. I talked to him once and he seemed like a nice guy. The next time I tried calling him it was no longer his number. I called the pro shop to see if I still had the right number and that was the only contact information for him that they could give me. I was never able to actually set up a time for a lesson or schedule a round. This whole thing seemed like a huge scam. The worst part is that I really wanted to use this opportunity to play golf with my fiancé. I was planning on buying a second groupon after she was able to start so that we could go to the lessons together. The awful service they gave led them to lose out on another customer. We probably would have gone back after the groupon was over as well. However, I will never set foot near there again.
