At the center of Calistoga Bakery Cafe is a hearth deck oven, and from this oven many things emerge. There are the artisan breads and pastries, of course, and there's the hot sandwiches served on those breads. But there's also the comforting, homestyle aromas that waft throughout the dining room, joining the scents or espresso drinks and gourmet soups as they pass the fireplace and high-back booths and eventually make it to the outdoor fountain patio.
