I think they (the Attendant and the gentleman doing the pre-wash) need to concentrate on getting the pre-wash done before rushing the patron to pull forward. The attendant and the pre-wash gentleman who was taking the Groupon's were rushing me to pull forward and did not spray my vehicle's tire or wash the front grill. I was a little disappointed, but I have 2 more visits for them to change my mind about giving them future business. Overall a 5 out of 10.
