Not great customer service as we had to wait while the staff had a lengthy conversation with each other ok moved past that . Now the lanes-the balls kept not returning so assistance from staff needed. Seems as if staff have multiple jobs and more staff needed as this ate up time you can guess the lane shut down promptly at 2 hours. Once we pushed button for asst had to go to front thestaffwasok
