This Groupon was a scam. Could not be used at my local location. The place is never open but no other location will accept it. Reported it to Groupon and that was equivalent to talking to a dead house.

IHOP in Covington is always amazing! Friendly and attentive staff, quick service, food is fresh and delicious, and using the voucher is so easy! Can’t speak for the other IHOPs listed with the voucher but Covington is on point every time!

I ordered coffee & 20 minutes after I still didn't get it. Extended time for food to come. I had to ask for syrup for the pancakes after food was served. I asked for a take home box & waited. I had to ask another waitress for it. Service extremely slow. Food was good.
