Photographer cancelled me the day of the shoot. Extremely difficult to schedule. Still haven't had my shoot or gotten my money back!

My scheduled appts were canceled twice. Later I was unable to make contact with owner after several attempts. I lost $50 in extra fees she charged me that had to be paid prior to session in order to schedule.

Many additional fees (+$200) that are not mentioned in the fine print...studio fee, weekend fee, tax on purchase, etc. Owner told me that I should've read about the additional fees on her website. I suguest she list them in her groupon

In Nov I bought this as a gift for my wife since we were traveling 10 hrs to NOLA for vacation in Feb. Photographer cancelled our appt with little room to reschedule. Groupon refunded my purchase. $80 paid directly to merchant still is not refunded.
