They charged an 18% service, which I was not aware of...I guess it's same as tip. But it's better when it's voluntary.

Dim the lighting to create more of an ambiance. Improve the appetizers; the caprese salad and caesar salad were both terrible. Play some nice Italian music. Have more than two options for wine- or, if you're going to have only two options, make them good. The wine was not enjoyable. Have more attention to detail- the table next to us was dirty the entire time we were eating. Get cloth napkins instead of paper- it makes a big difference. Even though our Groupon included dessert, no one offered us the menu after the dinner plates were removed (finally). We were so disappointed with the experience that we didn't even ask for the menus; we just left. As someone who has worked in restaurants for 12 years, I hope Bellini takes my recommendations to heart. It could be a really cute, successful place with just a few tweaks. I live in the neighborhood, and I'd love to see it improve.
