• Ring Thing: Mounted into a special harness that counteracts up to half your weight, even new users can quickly learn the skills required to master the gymnastics rings
• INVERTable: classes help students acquire the strength, balance, and fluid weight transfer required to achieve grace head-, arm-, and handstands
