It's a trade-off-- I got a great deal for cut/highlight because the "ambiance" or decor/design of the place isn't that great, BUT GIGI, the stylist I worked with, was wonderful. It was my first time to get my hair highlighted (I'm 33 but this is my first winter in a non-sunny climate), and Gigi took so much time with me, taking extra care to make sure my "virgin hair" wasn't damaged which I appreciated tremendously. She could have especially rushed the process considering I was the last appt of the day on a Friday, but she stayed late and had a lovely attitude the whole time. Gigi's super positive energy and conscientious treatment of me as a client (and not just a "Groupon" person at that) is why I will return.Thank you, Gigi! You're a gem :-) ~Mallory

The lady in the register made me pay big tip! This was unfair coz I came here coz it’s cheap with the coupon and I ended up paying half of what the coupon costed me as a tip!! Never going back.
