It was my first and will be last visit at this salon. The service, the whole experience was unpleasant. If you bought a voucher for here please read before u decide to go, don't waste your time and money here. To begin with, I called in to check if they had certain time to make an appointment, by groupon mistakenly showed september appointment calendar instead of August which I did not realize till the employee notified me so she said she will schedule my appointment but when I went for my appointment the staff there claim I dont have any appointment cuz the lady I spoke to did not schedule any appointment for me and blamed it on groupon. Let me tell u these staffs are so unprofessional, that they don't clean the seat when they wash your hair or even the sink. It was so disgusting and unhygienic. I had to ask them to clean it, there were hair all over the place and even in the bathroom. Lack of sanitization and lack of professionalism. Also I bought it for a blowout and a deep conditioning treatment, these staffs don't know what deep conditioning treatment was, just did regular washed claim they did the treatment on me it was ridiculous how they work there but they don't know what their part of the job is. Also the staffs doesn't do good job with beach waves, it didnt even last for 30 minutes since she did it lightly. Overall it was horrible experience from the start to the end, I am very disappointed at their service and place is disgusting. They need to do better job sanitizing, train the staffs well and know how to schedule an appointment for customers cuz that lady wish knew her name but lied straight at my face that it was scheduled when she didnt even do it. I highly DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone, please do not waste your time and money here, you will regret as much as I have. You will find way better salon at same price with better service!

We are sorry to see that you are not pleased with your service. We do see on our end that you cancelled your appointment yourself at 12:39am as we are not authorized to do so. As for cleanliness, disinfection and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Our floor and chairs were cleaned just prior to your arrival so it saddens us to hear it's not to your standards. Our deep conditioning treatment is 20 minutes not including a blowout. We tried our best to accommodate you as you arrived with only 30 mins for us to complete the service before you had another appointment. We usually will not do a service without time to complete it but seeing as you demanded we take you; we tried our best. we also have record that when you spoke to the front desk you said you loved the blowout. All of our clients have 7-day period to come back if they are not satisfied with their service.

They did a nice job on my keratin treatment, but added additional charges that basically doubled the price of the Groupon.

We are glad you were happy with your keratin. We hear you on the additional charges. Both length and thickness are not included in our base price (Groupon or regular). Unfortunately, longer and thicker hair requires more time and product hence the price adjustment.
