Great location, perfect for Broadway shows and restaurants. Helpful staff and convenient parking. Breakfast is underwhelming but there are so many other options. We were pleased with our stay.

If you want to get robbed and lied to this is the place to go ! The manager will yell at woman in front of children, lies about smoking, charge you 200$ and refuse to show you proof that he has the right person! Disgusting room to begin with and even worse management. Never been to a more horrible place in 40 years! Not worth any stars and not enough room to describe how horrible!!!!

No room key available for 3 night stay. Had to wait for someone to let us into room. Not great when using room for bathroom breaks during day. Staff apologetic but system still not up on check out 4 days later
