The staff fought me on the Groupon saying that the owner changed, and they showe'd me an expired one, telling me mine was expired too (it wasn't). Then they tries to get me to return it to groupon which I couldn't after opening it. Then they wanted me to return it to groupon so they could charge me the same price, but directly through them, not groupon. THEN the whole massage was wildly unprofessional. There was no music and no mood lighting, just a small uncomfortable room. The man tried to talk to me the whole time and when I asked if there was music he said oh no but I could play music on my phone. I should have left then and there but this was my first groupon and I didn't think I'd get any of my money back. The massage was mostly painful, and whenever he came across a knot, he would comment on it and ask me why I was so tense there.... very uncomfortable. Finally the facial was so weird and awkward. I insisted on a mini facial because I didn't want them picking at my face after seeing how unprofessional they were. The same man did my facial, and I couldn't enjoy it at all. He would go back and forth between massaging my head with his hands and then rubbing in moisturizer in my face... I have acne prone skin and you are never supposed to touch your scalp and then rub that into your face. Finally when he left a mask on me, and went into the other room, he and another woman were basically yelling with each other in another language for 10 minutes. I was miserable and wanted to leave, I couldn't relax at all. Finally I peeled the goopy mask off myself and started to get ready to go. He came back in and said oh good youre very smart good you started to take it off! As if he had lost track of time. All in all, I got out of there immediately. I will never ever go back again or buy a spa package from groupon, sadly.

They provided a very good experience. The session was thourough.

This was my first ever facial and they were very kind and patient. Thorough, complete facial massage and the pressure on the microdermabrasion felt just right - like it was actually doing something, but not painful. Very relaxing! Can't wait to go again.
