Scammers!!! Stay far away! Shady business that scammed my credit card for 1K! I’ve posted detail encounter on other sites since Groupon review has been down... but what horrible business! I’ve been using Groupon for 10 yrs and never once had disputed a charge! Please read all their 1 star reviews- they are real! We all say same thing: horrible business, don’t return phone calls & scam your CC!

The nurse who did the injections was very nice and calming. She was also very knowledgeable.The wait for the appointment wasn't very long. My only recommendation would be to have someone at the desk. It is very confusing as to where to go when you come in. There was no one there to sign me in or tell me where to wait.

Very disappointing! Purchased 3 IPL sessions and few days after scheduling my appointment they called me to say that the machine is down and will call me once it gets fixed. They never called back I had to do that. But that's not the worst thing here. So I came there and a girl Marijana said she will take care of me. First we talked and she recommended me microneedling instead of IPL facial, regarding to my skin. I asked her if I can switch my groupon deal 3 IPL sessions for 3 microneedling, she said YES. Few days later, I got my first treatment by the same girl that I had consultation with before. After the treatment I asked her to schedule my next session with them. She told me: If you want another session you have to pay $150. I was literally shocked! I asked her: What do you mean? Since was very confused. She was like: ''We are not giving you more then one microneedling treatment since you agreed with me last time that you will take only one micro needling instead of 3 IPLs." I was speechless I swear! First because I remember what she said when we had consultation. She was lying right to my face! So unprofessional and unbelievable! Then I contacted her manager June. She told me she will investigate what happened and give me a call. Do you think she got back to me? Never! Worst experience ever. Please avoid this spa!

They were quick informative and not pushy at all regarding buying additional packages. I bought the 3 IPL facials and have 2 left. Would recommend.
