We were frequent diners at Nebraska Steakhouse. Evidently, ownerahip changed. Although the steak and salmon were cooked to perfection, the wait staff (we observed only one), was very inexperienced. He did not know what kinds of wine were sold by the glass. They did not have Moscato or Riesling, two very common wines. Accompaniment to steak as well as coffee never came. Disappointing.
